Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks.
• Perform welding and pipe fabrication as needed to ensure secure connections and durability.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installation within project timelines.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Lift heavy materials safely and perform remodeling or renovation tasks that require carpentry or handyman skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general construction site operations.
• Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations for measurements and layouts.
