Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Plumber to oversee and execute plumbing operations during overnight shifts. Duties

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards
• Oversee construction plumbing activities including pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, and schematic interpretation
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts in commercial or residential settings
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor calculations
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery as needed
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow during night shifts
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems quickly and effectively

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of pipe threading, welding, schematics, and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes in construction environments
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, estimations, and material ordering
