THE ROLE

This is a residential service plumber position. You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will be backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly from dispatch to customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN* Diagnose and repair all aspects of residential plumbing systems * Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances * Repair or replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters * Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and fittings * Test joints and pipe systems for leaks and open clogged drains * Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers * Meet KPIs for conversion rate, average sale, efficiency, and total sales * Complete appointments on time and to...
