Plumber - Commercial

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. We are a small company. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial plumbing such as restaurants and tenant improvements . We are looking for a well experienced plumber one that is reliable to work and does there duties. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for working in construction sites, we want to hear from you.

Duties

• Must known how to work with ABS, PVC, Copper and PEX
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layout
• Perform pipe soldering and Pro Press
• Understanding Soil , Top out, and Trim stage of a job.
• Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose solutions
• Collaborate with other team members on construction projects
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber or relevant role
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Maintenance Person experience, Blueprint reading proficiency
• Must have at lest 5 year or more of experience.
• Must have reliable transportation
