The Commercial Plumbing Technician will diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, install plumbing equipment and fixtures, and educate customers on repair and replacement options. Commercial Plumbing Technician

Compensation

Hourly, up to $40.00 based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional early mornings, late evenings and rotating weekends

Role responsibilities

• Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
• Service Calls: Conduct commercial service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
• Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, water conditioners, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
• Basic hand tools for daily use
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
