The plumbing service technician will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, respond to service calls, install plumbing equipment and fixtures, and educate customers on repair and replacement options. You'll have the opportunity to use your technical expertise while helping customers make informed decisions that best meet their needs. Role

Plumbing Service Technician

Compensation: Hourly for PTO, Training, and Holiday -

$30.00 an hour Commission-based: 23% of invoice ticket total Average Yearly: $80,000-$150,000

Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional early mornings, late evenings, and rotating weekends

Role Responsibilities

• Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
• Service Sales: Educate customers on repair and replacement options, provide accurate recommendations and present solutions that enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of their plumbing systems while meeting established sales goals.
• Service Calls: Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
• Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, water conditioners, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
