Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools such as pipe threaders, wrenches, drills, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections and optimal system performance
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or malfunctions during various phases of construction or remodeling projects
• Lift heavy materials safely and perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to guide installation work
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery effectively
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to piping systems, HVAC integration, and remodeling projects
