Licensed Independent Plumber

We are looking for a licensed, self-sufficient plumbers who want to run their own work without the overhead of finding it. We find, book, and manage the jobs, handle the phones, customer support, and marketing. You show up, do quality work, and keep the majority of every ticket. This is an independent contractor arrangement built for experienced plumbers who value autonomy and want their earnings tied directly to the work they produce.

How the Pay Works

This is not an hourly position. You keep 60% of the total job value on every job you complete. There is no cap, no salary, and no clocking in. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. We supply a steady stream of pre-qualified, pre-booked jobs so your time is spent on the truck and on the tools, not chasing customers.

- 60/40 split. You retain 60% of each completed job's total value.

- No ceiling. Earnings scale with the volume and value of work you complete.

- We bring the work. Jobs are booked and scheduled for you before you arrive.

- Flexible Schedule. Work whenever you want, however long you want. Keep your own customer base.

Requirements

- Licensed. Active Texas Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license (TSBPE). This is non-negotiable.

- Independent. You operate as an independent contractor, you carry your own status, insurance, and responsibilities.

- Your own tools. You bring your own complete set of tools and equipment.
