As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble and install valves, fittings, and pipes using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for various projects.
• Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.

Skills

• Proficient in assembling plumbing components and systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Experience in building plumbing installations from the ground up.
• Capability to perform field service tasks effectively.
• General maintenance person skills are advantageous for completing diverse tasks.
