As a Maintenance Plumber, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of plumbing systems within an apartment complex. Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance measures to extend the life of plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnosis and Repairs:
• Respond to service requests promptly and diagnose plumbing problems.
• Perform repairs on pipes, fixtures, fittings, and other plumbing components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty equipment.
• Installation and Upgrades:
• Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
• Upgrade existing plumbing components to meet modern efficiency and safety standards.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
• Provide reports on the condition of plumbing systems to management.
• Emergency Response:
• Be available for emergency on-call duty to address urgent plumbing issues.
