Plumber for Commercial & Multi-Family Housing

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Asheboro, North Carolina team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in our commercial and residential buildings.

*What we Require:*

• Minimum two years Plumbing technical and trade experience.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license, clean driving record and pass a comprehensive background check
• Ability to work overtime/weekends and on-call as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Respond to plumbing calls from our Maintenance team
• Respond to afterhours plumbing emergency calls from the answering service
• Able to safely operate mini excavator or skid steer
• Install plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties
• Need to have knowledge with Augers and Jetter's
