We are seeking a motivated and versatile Plumber/Handyman with valid plumbing license to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, water filtration systems, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct general handyman tasks such as carpentry, assembly, remodeling, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Perform physical tasks that require strength and stamina on construction sites.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing or HVAC systems effectively.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites, including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, handyman work, or related trades with a solid understanding of construction site procedures.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading tools, and other mechanical devices.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematics interpretation.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or experience with remodeling projects is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license
