Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Plumber Helper who is eager to learn the plumbing trade. This position is ideal for someone with little or no plumbing experience who wants to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced plumbers, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to become a successful plumber.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Dig trenches and prepare work areas when needed.
• Cut, measure, and assemble pipe under supervision.
• Help troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned while learning the trade.

Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
