Plumber Helper / Laborer

Henderson Plumbing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Plumbing Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is fine with physical work, doesn’t mind getting dirty, and wants to learn the plumbing trade while working alongside a licensed Master Plumber.

This is a hands-on labor position. You’ll be the extra set of hands that keeps jobs moving by handling the physical work, preparing materials, digging when needed, carrying equipment, cleaning up job sites, and assisting with plumbing installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Master Plumber on residential and commercial job sites.
• Dig trenches and perform other physical labor as needed.
• Carry tools, equipment, and plumbing materials.
• Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after jobs.
• Load and unload work vehicles.
• Use basic hand tools safely.
• Travel to multiple job sites throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Follow directions and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Some construction, plumbing, excavation, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must have a good attitude, be willing to learn, and take pride in working hard.
• Experience with basic hand tools is a plus.

Competitive pay based on experience. Immediate openings available.

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
