• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to complete tasks efficiently and precisely
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues, ensure code compliance, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing components seamlessly into building frameworks such as carpentry and remodeling projects
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in commercial or residential settings
• Hands-on experience with construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing components
• Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing inspection cameras, HVAC systems, and schematic reading is highly desirable
