This position operates on a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Following an introductory period, an alternative schedule of (4/10s) may be available. Employees in this role are required to participate in an on-call rotation, typically in 14-day intervals. On-call responsibilities involve responding to plumbing-related emergencies on campus outside of regular working hours. Work schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate specific Projects or meet the operational needs of the University.

Job Summary

Plumber, III

We are currently filling two Journeyman Utility Plumbing positions that play a critical role in supporting campus-wide utility operations. These roles involve hands-on work across a broad range of utility systems. A major component of the position is water distribution, which requires a Distribution Grade 4 Water Operator license. Candidates who do not currently hold this certification will be expected to obtain one with DDW and RURAL water association.
