Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-proof connections.
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Utilize construction site experience to manage heavy lifting, site cleanup, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Apply mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems when necessary to support integrated building services.
• Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations required during installation or repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, remodeling techniques, carpentry basics, and handyman skills is a plus.
