Plumber installer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess a variety of skills necessary for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments, including residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary maintenance.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide maintenance person services as needed, including carpentry and remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety practices.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
