We are seeking an experienced Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our growing team in a hands-on service role. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys field work, customer interaction, and is interested in developing a long-term career path toward a Plumbing Sales/Estimator or Comfort Advisor role.

This is a working position in the field, performing residential plumbing repairs, installations, and system evaluations while learning consultative selling skills and preparing for future advancement into a sales-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Service & Installation

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work including:
• Water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, sinks)
• Drain cleaning and sewer line repairs
• Pipe repairs and repiping projects
• Sump pumps, garbage disposals, and water treatment systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional workmanship
