Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing, including alterations to existing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is required for this role.
• Skills in maintenance person tasks such as carpentry may be beneficial.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
