Vander Hyde Mechanical is growing and looking for motivated Multi-Unit Residential Plumbers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in wood-framed multi-family residential projects
• Install DWV, domestic water, vent, storm, and gas piping systems
• Install fixtures, trim, and final plumbing components
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and blueprints
• Coordinate work with framing, HVAC, electrical, and other trades
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
• Work effectively with foremen, superintendents, and project managers

Qualifications

• Journeyman License (preferred)
• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Multi--family residential construction experience (preferred)
• Experience in apartments, condominiums, town homes, student housing, or assisted living facilities is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing plans
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $22.00-40.00+ per hour, based on experience and licensing
