Duties

• Install plumbing systems in new residential homes, including rough-in and finish plumbing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Install water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping.
• Set fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing equipment.
• Perform pressure testing and ensure all work meets local plumbing codes.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in residential new construction plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and installation standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
