Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure secure connections.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites.
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes during all phases of installation and repair.
• Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems seamlessly into existing structures.

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair.
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprints.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge related to plumbing applications.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Previous handyman or remodeling experience is a plus.
