Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial sites using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and pipe threading machines
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Utilize welding skills when necessary to join metal pipes or repair damaged components
• Operate heavy machinery and perform heavy lifting safely during pipe installation or remodeling projects
• Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal water flow and system efficiency
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople on construction sites to coordinate work seamlessly within project timelines

Experience

• Master plumber perferred
• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair in commercial or residential settings
• Hands-on knowledge of construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras
