Plumber

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings - Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions - Read blueprints and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems - Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, and appliances - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing parts - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their proper functioning - Adhere to safety standards and building codes while carrying out plumbing tasks

Experience: - Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, and construction principles - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in plumbing work - Understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems - Proficiency in pipe threading techniques and methods - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment - Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required - Experience as a maintenance person or in commercial driving is a plus
