Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct remodeling tasks such as pipe replacement or system upgrades in existing structures
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion
• Follow detailed schematics and mechanical instructions to ensure compliance with building codes and standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems and installation procedures
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and general building mechanics
