Major Responsibilities/Activities:

* Repair or replace sinks, faucets, disposals, toilets. * Oversee jetting of major/minor drain and sewers of all plumbing fixtures. * Replace or repair leaks and damages to all plumbing fixtures, systems. * Oversee and maintain inspections and testing for all the equipment associated with plumbing equipment. * Assist with appliance installation. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:

* Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members. * Licensed Plumber Certification required with four years of experience in a similar environment. * New installation preferred for commercial applications. * Service work and remodels is preferred for commercial applications. * Basic knowledge of computer application. * High School Diploma or GED. * Must possess and maintain a valid NM driver’s license. * Cultural sensitivity required. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. * A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required.
