Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and local building codes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to execute precise work
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately assemble and modify plumbing layouts
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues and perform repairs using welding, pipe threading, and other mechanical skills
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling, carpentry, HVAC integration, and site assembly tasks
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Use plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics and ensure compliance with all safety standards during construction site activities

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, schematics, and blueprint reading
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance and repair
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras effectively
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations governing plumbing work
