Plumber Service Technician

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician/ Plumber to join our team to deliver service solutions to our residential and light commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties * Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and be able to present viable solutions * Communicate clearly with customers regarding the problem, recommended solutions, timeline, and pricing * Document jobs in company app include: + Detailed job notes + Materials used + Before / during / after photos + Completion of solution sheets as required * Maintain accurate records and coordinate as needed with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly * Promoting the company * Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards * Maintain a clean, professional truck and jobsite; treat customer property with care * Stay current on industry best practices, products, and evolving plumbing technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience (service preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform manual work and lift equipment/materials as needed
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
