The Division of Adult Institutions is recruiting to fill a Plumber position. This position is based out of Oakhill Correctional Institution, located in Oregon, WI.

Position Summary

Position performs duties as a skilled Plumber, utilizing the tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices of the Plumbing Trades. Inspects, repairs, and maintains all plumbing and related mechanical operations, including heating and ventilating, and the distribution systems in accordance with the provisions of the plumbing codes, pertinent plans, and specifications or work orders.

Salary Information

Starting hourly rate will be $49.49, $50.27, or $51.08 per hour, depending on the amount of paid leave selected. This position is in pay schedule/range is 04-00. A twelve month probationary period is required. This classification is included in the Building & Trades Bargaining unit.
