Overview

The Plumber Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and direction for day-to-day field operations of the assigned projects, direct and ensure field execution plan the company way to maximize overall business objectives and ensure maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment through maintaining safety meetings, incident investigations and employee involvement.
• Provides key leadership direction for field operations on a project to ensure a cohesive team in conjunction with project management.
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
