Plumber Technician

Lead Service Plumber / Plumbing Service Technician

AME Plumbing & Drains is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. This position requires a plumber who can work independently, diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to customers, and complete repairs professionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial service calls throughout the El Paso area.
• Diagnose plumbing, drain, sewer, gas, and water heater issues.
• Communicate findings clearly with customers.
• Present repair and replacement options and sell recommended work.
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and service work.
• Complete service tickets, collect payments, and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent AME Plumbing professionally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of service plumbing experience required.
• Experience with residential and commercial service plumbing.
• Experience with drain cleaning, sewer repairs, water heaters, fixtures, leak repairs, and gas lines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues independently.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
