Plumber Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in new construction and remodeling projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues and perform system maintenance or repairs as needed
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work while ensuring quality standards are met
• Assist with construction site setup, heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and remodeling activities
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions for system optimization

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in commercial or residential settings
• Hands-on experience with construction plumbing systems, including water systems and schematics interpretation
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
