Plumber Technician

Job Summary

Immediate opening for an experienced plumber to service residential and commercial properties. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE!

Must have extensive experience in repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. Plumbers responsibilities include

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing plumbing problems and complete the repair.
• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Locate and repair water line leaks.
• Be able to clear clogged lines.
• Install and/or repair household appliances like water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
• Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow all state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Valid/ Clean Driver's License.
• Mininum 5 years' experience.
• Read and write English.
• Must possess customer service skills.
• Must be flexible and available to be on call every other Saturday.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing work.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Must have basic hand tools.
