Experienced Service & Repair Plumbing Technician – Commission / Daily Pay

About Us

We are a growing, family-owned plumbing company based in North Hollywood. Unlike large corporate shops, our owner is still hands-on and actively involved in daily operations. We're looking for an experienced service and repair plumber who is motivated, professional, and confident in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting solutions to customers.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Dispatch to residential and commercial service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and explain findings clearly to customers
• Prepare and present estimates
• Offer multiple repair and replacement options based on customer needs and budget
• Sell plumbing services and repair solutions
• Complete plumbing repairs and installations as needed
• Write invoices and collect payment upon job completion
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Communicate with management regarding vehicle or equipment repair needs
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service & Repair Plumber
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently perform plumbing repairs and installations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Self-motivated and dependable

• Drain cleaning
• Sewer and drain diagnostics
• Repipes
• Gas line repair and installation
• Tankless water heater repair and installation
• Water heater service and replacement
