Residential Service Plumber

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Residential Service Plumbers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems throughout Los Angeles, CA. Pay ranges from $25.00-$35.00/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ongoing service calls in the following residential areas, including but not limited to: San Fernando Valley, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Culver City and more.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, drains, water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, sewer lines, and water supply systems following local building codes and safety standards.
• Perform comprehensive inspections using tools such as cameras and schematics to identify issues accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repair work.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure heavy lifting safety protocols are followed when handling large equipment or materials on construction sites or during installations.
• Written communication skills to accurately document all work performed including detailed service descriptions, materials used, labor performed, and testing completed.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency service calls as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of residential service plumbing experience
• Experience working in high-end residential homes and interacting with stakeholders, including homeowners, property managers, and contractors.
