What You'll Do

• Residential plumbing service and repairs
• Water heater repair and replacement
• Drain cleaning and troubleshooting
• Gas line installation and repair
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service in homeowners' homes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of verifiable plumbing experience preferred (service experience is a plus)
• Licensed Indiana Plumber or at least a 3rd-year plumbing apprentice
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn—we'll help you grow if you don't know everything
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Someone who wants to grow into a Lead Technician or management position as the company expands
