Responsibilities

* Consult with residential and commercial customers to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Provide accurate estimates and explain service options, pricing, and timelines clearly * Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure seamless service delivery * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and industry best practices * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships * Support sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for plumbing services and products * Document customer interactions and service recommendations accurately in company systems

Requirements

* Prior experience in plumbing, home services, or a related trade field strongly preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to explain technical plumbing concepts in a clear, approachable manner * Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or scheduling software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
