Plumbing and HVAC Technician (You MUST have 2 years of HVAC experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled local Plumbing Technician with minimum 2 years of HVAC experience to join our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in equipment repair, property maintenance, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems.

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts - Utilize schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot plumbing issues - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing projects - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Experience: - Proven experience as a HVAC and Plumbing Technician only - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair - Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with HVAC systems - Proficient in welding techniques for pipe installation and repair - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues - Ability to work independently or as part of a team
