Plumbing Apprentice

I’m a solo plumber and small business owner based in Huntington Beach, looking for a motivated, reliable apprentice or helper who is serious about building a long-term career in the plumbing trade.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some prior plumbing or construction experience who wants hands-on, one-on-one mentorship from a licensed plumber with over 10 years of experience. You’ll gain exposure to all types of plumbing work including residential and commercial, new construction, remodels, service and learn what it takes to succeed in the field.

What I’m Looking For:

• Someone who is extremely motivated and eager to learn and grow with the company
• Strong desire in pursuing a long-term plumbing career
• Flexible schedule: Work will start part-time depending on the job load, with the goal of moving to full-time as we grow
• Someone local to Huntington Beach or nearby areas
• Professional, dependable, and able to communicate well with customers
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be comfortable driving around a large work truck.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, etc.
• Basic experience with tools and job site safety
• Willingness to take direction and learn from hands-on experience
• Able to represent the company well in customers’ homes and job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in plumbing, construction, or a related trade
• Familiar with basic plumbing tools and systems
