Plumbing Associate

Job Responsibilities

* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters * Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and fixture malfunctions * Install and replace plumbing components including sinks, faucets, toilets, and valves * Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues to minimize disruption to store operations * Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and health regulations * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used * Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required * Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed * Monitor water usage and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Job Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED required * 3+ years experience of plumbing or maintenance experience preferred * Able to work well on a team * Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance * Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail * Demonstrable knowledge and skills for plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures * Strong interpersonal communication skills Benefits:
