is seeking an experienced Plumbing Construction Field Supervisor for their Syracuse, NY location. This position will oversee plumbing installation and related activities on commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all plumbing work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with codes, specifications, and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical plumbing knowledge combined with excellent team management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead a team of journeyman plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on active construction sites * Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily plumbing activities to meet project schedules and milestones * Ensure all installations (rough-in, top-out, fixtures, underground, gas lines, etc.) comply with plumbing codes, blueprints, and project specifications * Conduct regular Pre and post-project site inspections and quality control checks * Coordinate with other trades (electrical, HVAC, general contractors) to avoid conflicts and maintain workflow efficiency * Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory; track deliveries and prevent shortages * Enforce safety protocols and company policies; conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks *...
