Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and teardown of plumbing systems according to blueprints and project specifications
• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and pipe laser measurements to ensure precise installations
• Perform concrete finishing tasks and assist with concrete forming for plumbing foundations and structures
• Use utility locating tools to identify underground pipes and utilities before excavation or installation
• Support welding activities and pipe fitting tasks necessary for plumbing system assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite by adhering to safety protocols and proper material handling procedures

Requirements

• Prior construction site experience with a focus on plumbing or heavy equipment operation preferred
• Ability to operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, and front loader trucks safely and effectively
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, pipe laser usage, concrete forming, welding, and utility locating techniques
• Familiarity with pipeline installation processes within oil & gas or municipal infrastructure projects is a plus
