Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear clogged sewer and drain lines.
• Perform video camera inspections of sewer systems.
• Operate professional drain cleaning equipment, including cable machines and hydro jetters.
• Identify sewer defects and explain findings to customers.
• Recommend appropriate solutions, including hydro jetting, spot repairs, sewer lining, or excavation.
• Complete accurate job notes, photos, and videos using Housecall Pro.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, or plumbing preferred.
• Ability to operate drain machines, sewer cameras, and hydro jetting equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
