We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Plumbing Dispatch Service Representative to join our customer support team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking plumbing services, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our skilled plumbing technicians. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency will help deliver exceptional client experiences and support our mission to provide reliable, timely plumbing solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
• Schedule and dispatch plumbing service calls efficiently
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Manage job details, notes, and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
• Help convert calls into booked jobs while delivering a great customer experience
• Support the service team with administrative and operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Prior CSR, dispatcher, or service-based customer support experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Plumbing, HVAC, or trades experience

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred, with a focus on outbound calling and client interaction.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
