Job Overview

As our Plumbing Dispatcher, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Dispatch and coordinate service calls for plumbers efficiently
• Follow up on estimates and reach out to past customers for potential services
• Perform light administrative duties as needed

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience (dispatching experience is a plus)
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
• A team player with a positive attitude
