RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PLUMBING ESTIMATOR

* Demonstrates our core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality * Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction * Assesses plumbing issues and identifies appropriate tools/materials required * Evaluates clients’ scope of work along with any drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates * Works in collaboration with Plumbing Installers, Service Plumbers, and other peers to ensure a successful client experience * Manages the Plumbing Installation teams’ expectations through proper communications, both written and verbal * Responsible for the accuracy of all components of the price book, including verifying correct labor hours are assigned to the proper tasks, labor rates are accurate, internal cost allocations, assumption, material, transportation, and any other services not performed by company * Ensures any client concerns are handled immediately * Properly tracks sales statistics, prof...
