is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor with strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. This role requires a proven leader with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the plumbing service industry who can uphold high standards and drive team performance. What You'll Do:* Lead and support a team of plumbing technicians * Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently * Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication * Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation * Plumbing Technician that primarily runs maintenance jobs. * This is a revenue-generating role.

What You Need

* Minimum two years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry * Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems * Must be 21 or older * Authorized to work in the US * A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. * Ability to pass background and drug test. * Minimum five years Residential Plumbing experience * Advance knowledge of plumbing systems * Service Titan knowledge a plus * Good communication and listening skills
