Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to execute plumbing systems accurately
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Lead and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices to maintain high performance levels
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other necessary machinery
• Conduct inspections of work sites to identify potential safety hazards or code violations and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing, building code compliance, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
• Experience working with gas piping systems, HVAC integration, and mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting
