Plumbing Foreman

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews, manage jobsite operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Pay is determined by Experience. This role involves supervising plumbing crews, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining safety standards, and delivering quality workmanship. The Plumbing Foreman will play a critical role in Communication, coordinating job, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all site activities.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets industry standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Utilize tools such as the ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting plumbing systems.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure scope adherence.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as pipeline installation and schematic interpretation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on plumbing projects; supervising experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, or similar platforms.
• Construction site experience with a solid understanding of plumbing systems including pipelines and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction safety management.
